Ok here is an awesome and over looked way to get a 10 point perk on the Buried map. For this perk to work, you will need the ghost woman's house open and the Saloon open at the very least, and whoever needs the perk, to have the ballistic knife. This is a timed easter egg, so read this then try it or you may not have enough time to get the perk. Also 10 points are required to receive the perk, so have some points when doing this.
The person with the Ballistic knife will go to the Saloon and find the dart board that is beside the Bar. They will stand behind a white line on the floor and shoot the bulls eye in the center of the dart board.
After you have shot the dart board, the piano in the Saloon will start playing, you have from the time she starts playing to the time she stops playing to get the perk. After starting the piano run through the ghosts house to the maze. If the ghost lady has taken all your points then shoot a few zombies that spawn in the maze and walk back into the ghost's house.
The lady playing the piano will be just ahead, but be sure not to lose your points by any of the ghosts trying to get you.
Once you get to her start checking all around her for the Press a Button Icon (either x or square depending on your system) to appear and watch out for ghosts attacking you.
Once you've Pressed the button you will receive the Perk and the music will stop shortly. Then you just have to head on out of her house. And you've done it, CONGRATS!!
